By using Findclix ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Findclix, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all media files you upload. Findclix claims no intellectual property rights over your content. The Service itself, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Findclix and protected by applicable laws.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Findclix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or business interruption, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
